How does DrivenDFW work?
It's easy. Your "prearranged" driver reports to your home, office, or wherever you may be; parks his vehicle, and then transports you in the comfort of you own vehicle.

How can I use my personal driver?
There are many ways to benefit. Designated Driver, Trips to surrounding towns/cites, Doctor/Hospital visits, Sporting events, Senior driving limitations and don’t forget those casinos.

What makes DrivenDFW different? The answer is training. What does the driver do with my car while I’m at my meeting or appointment?
The driver will standby with your car and will be available as needed.

What does your service cost?
DrivenDFW charges $35.00 per hour.

Should I tip my driver?
DrivenDFW does not add a gratuity to our service fees. Tipping is appreciated, but completely voluntary and at the client’s discretion.

Do you have a minimum?
Yes, reservations require a minimum of 3 consecutive hours of service.

When does the time start?
Billable time starts at the start time specified by you. Your driver will arrive at the start address 15 minutes prior to your requested start time to completes an inspection of your vehicle.  You will not be billed for those minutes.

Why does my driver have to perform an inspection of my vehicle?
The inspection is performed so the driver can familiarize himself with your vehicle for your safety and protection. Also to assess whether the vehicle is in safe condition to be driven.

Do you have accounts for corporations?
Yes, DrivenDFW serves corporate clients in addition to individual clients. To inquire about setting up a corporate account, please contact us.

Do I pay my driver?
No, our office will either charge the credit card you authorized at the time you made your reservation or will send you an invoice.

Can I get the same driver each time I use DrivenDFW?
Upon request, we can provide the same driver for you when ever possible.

Why should I use DrivenDFW?
DrivenDFW makes the time you spend in your car more productive and enjoyable. We provide fully insured and certified drivers who are employees of our company.

What about insurance?
Insurance laws in the state of Texas dictate that coverage follows the vehicle regardless of the driver, provided that the driver is insurable. Driven drivers are over 25 years old, have a clean driving record (no tickets, no accidents).  In addition to the your vehicle's coverage DrivenDFW also carries Non-owned automobile liability insurance which provides coverage in excess of the client’s automobile insurance.  For more info click on “Rates” and see the client agreement at the bottom of the page.

What does the driver wear?
Our standard driver attire a black polo sport shirt, black pants and black shoes.  The client can request the driver to be dressed in business or formal attire if desired. For events drivers can dress in event-branded uniforms.

Why should I use DrivenDFW to place a driver with my company?
DrivenDFW's allows corporate clients to try a driver before hiring one. DrivenDFW handles all recruitment details so the client does not have to worry about placing job listings, interviewing drivers and doing background and substance abuse checks.
