DRIVEN DFW RATES

HOURLY RATE:   $35.00 per hour.  Driver gratuity not included.  For information on contract rates and discounts, please call (877) 257-3289.  Our pricelist cannot address every situation, so please contact us to discuss your specific circumstance.

MINIMUM:   There is a 3 hour minimum per ride.  Hours are billed to the nearest quarter hour.  There are no split shifts.  Billable time commences when chauffeur reports to Client pick up point and ends when the chauffeur returns to Client pick up point.  Fees are assessed at approximate 15-min. increments after 3 hr. minimum requirement is met.

EXPENSES:   Cost plus 20% for expenses incurred by the chauffeur including parking for the chauffeur’s car and tolls, gas, car washes and other expenses incurred while providing services to Client.

OVERTIME:   $10.00 premium per hour for all hours worked in excess of 40 in one workweek. Overtime is billed to Client when the same chauffeur works for the same Client.

WORKWEEK:   DrivenDFW’s workweek is Sunday through Saturday.

HOLIDAYS:  $10.00 premium per hour on New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas and after 6 PM on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

OVERNIGHT:   8 hour minimum per overnight stay.  Client is responsible for the chauffeur’s room and board.

CANCELLATION:   If client cancels within 12 hours of pick up time, Client will be charged the 3 hour minimum.

PAYMENT TERMS:   Client’s credit card will be charged upon completion of service.

NON-PAYMENT:   In the event client’s credit card is invalid and DrivenDFW incurs costs and/or legal fees related to the collection of the outstanding balance, Client agrees to be liable for any and all reasonable legal fees and costs, in addition to the outstanding balance.
